To better prepare yourself for the culture of the dojo, it’s a great idea to study how to count from 1 to 10 in Japanese before your first class.  Check out our video here.

What to do on the day of your first class:

Dress in clothes that are suitable for working out.  We recommend sweats and a T-Shirt.

Note:  You’ll likely wear our dojo T-Shirt during class as a trial uniform.

Invite your friends or families to join you during your 2-week trial!  Karate is even more fun when you have a buddy with you!
